This all-day experience will feature yoga classes, meditation, live music, drum circles, and community connection, attracting a like-minded crowd eager to explore wellness products, handmade goods, and holistic services. As a vendor, you’ll have the chance to showcase your offerings in a high-vibe, heart-centered environment while enjoying the energy of this inspiring event.

We are offering a limited number of vendor spaces in the parking lot of the Community Building in Wrightwood for our all day event. Apply by April 23, 2025 to be considered as a participant in the all day event.
Applications will be screened and applicants notified by April 30, 2025.
The cost for each spot is $25 and must be paid with application. Application fee will be refunded if application is declined.
If accepted, fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
We are going to base our decisions on whether the vendor-offered products or services are related to our vision for the event. Here are some possible categories:

Healthy food and drink choices (vegetarian, vegan offerings, juices, smoothies)

Creative arts (Visual and crafts)

Thematic clothing (Yoga, casual)

Local products (soaps, teas, handicrafts)

New Age products (Crystals, jewelry, books, essential oils, singing bowls)

All profits from sales to over 100 participants will go directly to the vendor.

EVENT HOURS:
9am – 6pm
BOOTH SIZE:
10' x 10' space
The vending area is outdoors, you are responsible for providing your own ez-up/shelter
VENDING HOURS:
8:00am - 6:00pm
You are encouraged to open early and stay open late as we received feedback that students like to shop and meet vendors after the last class, but you must be packed up by 8:00 pm.
VENDOR SET UP:
6:30am - 8am
No cars in the vendor area after 7:30am for safety.
REGISTRATION OPENS:
8am
TEAR DOWN:
6:00pm – 8:00pm
No early tear down.
Parking lot will be opened up for vehicles to pull in after 7:00 pm.

3. If you application is not accepted we will refund your booth fee.
4. IF ACCEPTED, FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. You will be notified by April 30 if you are accepted as a vendor or not.
